Visiting this website.
This is a static website hosted by Cloudflare. The site’s code does not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or cookies. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request headers, to deliver and protect the website. Its security features may use essential cookies.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Hosting and security processing is used for the studio’s legitimate interests in providing a reliable, secure website.
Email.
If you email the studio, including for app support, it receives your email address and the information you choose to include. This is used to respond to your enquiry, provide support, or discuss a project. Please send only what is needed, and never passwords, payment details or membership credentials.
Depending on the enquiry, this information is processed to take steps towards a contract with you, perform a contract, or pursue the studio’s legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and providing support. Records may be retained where required by law.
Service providers & retention.
Website hosting and email service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed outside the UK; where UK data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be in place.
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related support, contractual, or legal obligations. For information about a particular record or a request for deletion, use the address above.
Apps.
Unless an app’s section below says otherwise, the studio’s apps contain no advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking, and have no developer-run backend. Information an app keeps on your device stays there; the studio has no remote copy of it. Services provided by Apple’s operating system, such as maps, location and purchases, are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Camdram.
Development scope
This notice describes the current development prototype, not a released app. It will be reviewed before public distribution, including any changes to purchases, services or diagnostics.
Public information and network requests
The app requests public theatre information directly from www.camdram.net over HTTPS to display listings and search results. Camdram receives connection information, including your IP address, requested pages and search queries. Its handling of these requests is covered by its own privacy policy at https://www.camdram.net/privacy. Tin Hut Studio cannot access or delete records held independently by Camdram; requests about those should go to Camdram.
Prefetching may request linked public pages before you open them. You can disable it in Settings to reduce these requests. Opening external websites or Apple Maps is subject to those services’ privacy practices.
Information on your device
Viewed public data is cached on your device to reduce requests and provide a fallback. App preferences and the monthly free-search count are also stored locally; the allowance is not synchronised between devices. The prototype has no Camdram login, developer-run backend, advertising SDK, analytics or cross-app tracking.
Cached public responses are replaced as you browse and can be cleared in Settings. Preferences and the search allowance remain separate from that cache. Tin Hut Studio has no remote copy of this local app storage; contact the studio if you need help removing local settings.
Purchases
Subscription testing uses Apple StoreKit. The supplied Xcode configuration simulates purchases locally without charging money. Production products are not configured. The app reads StoreKit entitlement information to determine access; it does not handle payment-card details. Purchase records are held by Apple, and requests about them should go to Apple.

UK Days Out.
Development scope
This notice describes the current development prototype. Planned features, including private notes, visits, iCloud sync and route discovery, are not implemented and are not covered as active services. This notice will be reviewed before those features or a public release are introduced.
Membership selections
The app stores your selected membership organisations in local device preferences to filter the bundled catalogue. It does not request membership numbers, barcodes, payment details or an app account. You can change or clear your selections in the app’s Settings. Please do not send membership numbers or credentials in support emails. There is no developer-run backend or iCloud sync in the current prototype.
Optional location and maps
Location is requested only after you choose Locate me and allow access through the operating system. It is used in memory to calculate straight-line distances and display your position; the app does not persist your location or keep a travelled route history.
You can withdraw location permission in system Settings and continue browsing without it. Maps use Apple MapKit, which may communicate with Apple to provide map content under Apple’s privacy practices. The prototype does not request driving directions.
Storage and third-party services
The site catalogue is bundled with the app, and membership selections stay in local preferences until changed or cleared. The current prototype includes no advertising or analytics SDKs, public contributions or purchase system. Apple’s operating-system services, including location and maps, are governed by Apple’s privacy practices.
Your rights.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. The studio can only act on information it holds; requests about records held independently by Apple or other services should go to them.
You can make a request using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes.
This policy is updated when the website, an app, or the handling of correspondence changes, and revise the dates above.
